No. Writing changes on your shipping label or box, such as adding an apartment, unit or suite number by hand, does not update your shipment information in the carrier's system. Carrier scanners read the barcode or RFID chip on the label, not handwritten notes.


If you need to change any shipment information, such as a name, address or phone number, please contact us. We'll update your shipment information and issue you a new label to use. Please discard the original label.
