If you need to change a shipping address before your package is in transit, you can make minor address corrections at no charge. Minor corrections include adding an apartment, suite or unit number, changing a recipient name or adding a company name.
Major address changes, such as changing the city or state, may come with additional transportation costs for the corrected or changed location.
If you make a change before shipping, we will issue you a new label to use on your shipment. Discard the original label.

If your package is already in transit
If you need to change a shipping address after your package is already in transit, the change will be classified as a Reroute/Intercept.
For minor address corrections, such as adding an apartment, suite or unit number, or changes within the same city, state and country, a $27 reroute fee will apply.
For major changes, such as changing the ship-to city, state and/or country, a $27 reroute fee plus any additional transportation costs for the corrected or changed location will apply.
When a shipment is rerouted or intercepted in transit, a delivery delay may occur.
