If you were planning to drop off a domestic shipment and want to do so earlier or later than the ship date that you booked, you can do that as long as you are within 60 days of your original ship date. You don’t need to contact us to update your shipping label. When you drop off earlier or later than your original ship date, you should assume that your shipment’s delivery date will also shift accordingly to happen relatively earlier or later because your shipment’s estimated transit time will remain the same.

If you scheduled a pickup for your shipment and want to change your ship date, contact our Support Team to update your ship date and reschedule your pickup to happen instead on your new ship date.
