There are several reasons you might not see the UPS SurePost® service option when booking shipment with Bikeflights: 


  • Your shipment contains more than one package. 
  • Your package is too large.
  • Your package weighs too much.
  • Your package is worth too much.
  • You’re not shipping within the contiguous US.
  • You are shipping to an address that’s not classified as “residential” by carriers. Note: If you do a search using only city & state or a zip code, our system will not give you the option to ship via UPS SurePost®. Instead, enter the complete residential ship-to address prior to searching for rates.
  • You’re shipping for a vacation or event.
