After you place an international order, our Support Team will ask you for an email copy of your passport. Use your phone to take a photo of your passport's photo ID page, then reply to one of the emails we sent you and attach it, or email support@bikeflights.com and attach it directly. Please include your name and order number in all communications. We can accept JPG or PDF format; please reach out if you need to use a different photo file format.
