Prior to shipping
The fastest way to make a change to your order before shipping is to cancel your order and re-book with the correct details. If you prefer, you can also contact us, and we'll be happy to make the changes for you.
There is no fee to change an order before shipping. However, your shipping cost may increase or decrease if you change your ship-to or ship-from address, package dimensions, weight, Premium Protection amount or pickup option. If so, you'll be charged or credited the difference.
Once we've made your requested changes, we'll send you an updated shipping label with new tracking information. Please discard your original label(s) to avoid accidentally using them.
After shipping (while in transit)
Once your shipment is in transit, please contact us to request any changes, such as updating the recipient or company name, address or phone number.
Changes made after a shipment is in transit may be subject to additional fees, including reroute and address correction fees. They also typically delay delivery by at least one business day.
